The essence of this role is to get deeply acquainted with the secrets of the React Flow framework. The work is done with React Flow, but as you can't do every trick with it, it needs to be refined further. Hence, you would also do demanding programming work. The seniority of the role comes from mentoring others, but also this: you program and solve demanding challenges skillfully, but also get to use your previous niche knowledge of 2D modeling performed in a browser.
Ellie’s B2B SaaS products are data product design and data modeling tools that have a fundamental impact on how large organizations utilize data. They are aimed to serve the new generation of information architects and data analysts. At the same time, we’re developing a modern, fresh-looking, easy-to-use product that business people love, too. It's essentially an enterprise solution that solves a real-world problem, but what's interesting from a coder's point of view is that you get to build a really great product that potentially has a lot of users.
As a senior expert you will be a key person in guiding your team, and bringing your insights and experience for the team to learn from. You are also expected to introduce new technologies and libraries to our product. Your interest in team lead work is more than welcome, but if your wish is to just work as a Senior Expert, that's perfectly fine.
